All sales will be charged in NZ dollars (NZD).

Security of your Payment
We appreciate that many people have concerns for the security of their credit card and hard earned dollars whilst shopping on-line. Because of this we offer a number of choices for payment. All credit card payments for purchases made on this site are handled off site at the ANZ Bank's secure site . Workshop Innovation Ltd does not handle, or see any of your details for any of these credit card transactions.

New Zealand based Customers

Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard are our current options if you wish to use a credit card. Secure Visa & Mastercard transactions are handled by the ANZ Bank. Simply select your preferred card option at checkout. A GST invoice will be enclosed with your goods..

Direct Credit
A popular & safe method of payment is by internet direct credit. If this is your preferred option for payment simply select this option at checkout. As soon as your funds are cleared your goods will be dispatched along with a GST invoice. Please contact us at accounts@workshopinnovation.co.nz if you have any questions.

International Customers

Terms of Trade
Our terms of trade are strictly payment upon order. Goods ordered will be shipped on the basis that payment has been made, or will be made during the next business day. We will attempt to contact any purchaser who does not make payment according to these terms and remind them to make payment. In the event that Workshop Innovation Limited and/or its employees is unable to make contact, the purchaser is not absolved from such payment. Any goods that have been ordered and that have been shipped and that we have not received payment for within 28 days of shipment will be referred to a debt collection agency for full recovery of payment due. In addition to the principle sum, an administration fee of 20% or $100.00, whichever is greater, will be added to the amount oweing. The purchaser will also be liable for any and all costs involved with such recovery which may include all costs associated with debt recovery commission, listing with a credit rating bureau and legal enfocement.
Product Returns for Reason Other than Product Fault
If you wish to return an item for a reason other than it having a fault, our terms of trade are as follows:
Items may be returned at the sole discretion of Workshop Innovation Limited.
Items returned must not have been used nor damaged in any way.
Product must be in original, unopened packaging and all packaging must be undamaged.
Items may be swapped or refunded at the sole discretion of Workshop Innovation Ltd.
A restocking fee of 20% or $5 whichever is greater may apply at our sole discretion.
Shipping charges already incurred will not be refunded.

Workshop Innovation Limited, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order that has been placed and that has been received, for any reason what so ever. If an order is cancelled under these terms of trade, a refund in full, will be made at the first opportunity to do so.
